Professor Wan Sujian comes from a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. He began studying medicine under his mother at age nine. He studied under renowned bone‑setting master Luo Youming and immunology expert Feng Lida, integrating family heritage with his teachers’ knowledge, and once served as a military health physician for the Zhongnanhai leadership. Over his sixty‑year medical career, he established the complete “Wan’s Daoyin” system centered on therapeutic guided exercises.
